Details matter! Today I’m going to share with you a few quick stories about while you may think your business is tight, a few loose ends can make all the difference.
I recently noticed that a restaurant local to me had some issues… in their bathroom. not a major problem but it was a little dirty. I bring this up because you need to have an eye for these things, but sometimes it takes an outside eye to notice little things that you might overlook on a daily basis.
